NEED TO KNOW
The Brief
The delegates stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Edinburgh. They enjoyed a double-decker bus tour accompanied by an expert guide, leading them to a memorable whiskey tasting at the renowned Scotch Whiskey Experience. There, they marveled at a premium collection of rare whiskeys before indulging in a sumptuous dinner. The next day, after a walking tour towards the other side of the city, they had a cheese and beer tasting experience at an atmospheric Scottish pub, privately booked, followed by a private dinner at the majestic Edinburgh Castle. The evening was graced with traditional Scottish dancers and the hauntingly beautiful sound of a piper. The final day delivered an impressive crescendo to the event with a guided tour of the Royal Yacht Britannia formerly used by the Royal Family of England. The yacht, booked exclusively for them, featured a grand entrance with a red carpet and a piper serenading the guests and then an opulent dinner followed, meticulously prepared to the standards of the Royal Family.
Fun Fact: The Royal Yacht Britannia featured in season two of the very talked-about royal drama series, “The Crown”.
