Together with our long term client Viatris, we designed and executed the European Leadership Meeting on March 2023 in beautiful Venice, which aimed to bring together top executives and key leaders from across the region to strategize and align on the company's vision and goals. The Brief

During this leadership conference the participants enjoyed the opulence of the JW Marriott Venice, where the majority of them stayed and most of the meetings took place. A standout day featured plenary sessions within the enchanting Medieval Church di Santa Chiara, culminating in a prestigious award ceremony. Attendees were then treated to a mesmerizing Murano glass workshop by master artisans. A gala dinner took place in a room full of Murano elements and atmospheric lighting. Unforgettable highlights included a visit to the iconic Caffe Florian for a delightful aperitivo and immersive guided tours of the majestic Basilica Di San Marco and the historic Doges’ Palace which was exclusively booked for the group. Group gondola rides added a touch of Venetian flair, while the final dinner at the exclusive Giubagio restaurant provided a stunning culinary finale.

With unwavering attention to detail we ensured that every aspect of the event was flawlessly executed. We combined the main corporate aspect with the local flair for the ultimate Venetian experience. Every decorative Murano item for the gala dinner was carefully selected color wise, in order to represent as much as possible the company’s brand identity. Our team meticulously oversaw the entire scope, ensuring every detail aligned with Viatris' values and maintained a strong focus on sustainability throughout the event.
