For their technical team, we’ve been asked to conceptualize and conduct a meeting, engaging the aspects of AI with the human factor in the beautiful island of Crete.

The Brief

In collaboration with the client, we designed an important meeting for their European technical team focused on exploring AI's positive impact on our lives, while mitigating potential drawbacks. The event featured insightful keynote speakers presenting innovative perspectives.

Our mission was to curate fascinating content that would fit in the destination of Crete and design an event that smoothly aligned with the clients’ objectives. We delivered an exactly crafted experience tailored to the specific themes and goals outlined by the company. The key theme of the meeting was the Maze or the Labyrinth that is a significant element in Greek mythology. It is famously known as the elaborate structure designed by the architect Daedalus to hold the Minotaur.

Attendees enjoyed accommodations at a luxurious beachfront hotel, fostering focused discussions amidst breathtaking surroundings.

For the closings of the days, we combined traditional Cretan cuisine with vibrant local entertainment, featuring traditional dancers and a contemporary live rock band. A themed dinner enriched the atmosphere, ensuring attendees felt warmly embraced and immersed in local culture. We concluded the meeting with a beach party featuring signature cocktails infused with local ingredients, showcasing clients branding.

Connecting with the client, we composed a transformative AI-focused meeting for their European technical team, carefully aligning every detail with their objectives. Our approach centered on creating compelling content and scenography that fostered a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, infused with inspirational elements throughout. Tailoring the content to resonate with the destination was key to our success. The event delivered an exceptional two-day experience, seamlessly blending insightful discussions with immersive cultural elements, such as traditional cuisine and local entertainment. We ensured seamless execution by providing dedicated personnel available 24/7, delivering all services punctually.
