The Brief

The journey began in Toronto, where delegates stayed in the incredible St. Regis Hotel and immersed themselves in the city's vibrant culture and iconic sights. From a cruise at the breathtaking Niagara Falls to whiskey tasting at the historic Distillery District, the participants lived to the fullest a local Canadian experience. Next, they ventured to the serene Montebello where they stayed at the historic Fairmont Le Château Montebello, enjoying exhilarating activities such as a 1000 Islands cruise, canoeing at Kenauk Lake and clay shooting in the woods. The adventure continued in Montreal, where the participants stayed at The Ritz-Carlton. At that destination they experienced the excitement of an ice hockey game at the Complexe sportif CN with their own personalized hockey jerseys. Located in a heritage building that was once the Royal Bank of Canada, hosted the group for a private afternoon coffee break. The trip culminated in a lavish Gala dinner on the final night, celebrating the delegates' achievements and creating lasting memories of camaraderie and celebration.

Making of

Working for this incentive trip, we ensured that each space and experience had a wow-factor so it’d make it stand out. Cultural venues had been selected where the access is usually a challenging task, with much historic significance. Personalized services like private and fast check in process and 24h support, gave a strong pampering flavor to the trip. Over the days spontaneous site transformations took place and excited the participants.
