Growth Agency traces its origins back to 2006, born from the dreams of two young Greek event enthusiasts while they were studying in Switzerland. Inspired by their event studies and Switzerland’s esteemed tradition in hospitality, they envisioned a unique event agency that could blend these elements into something truly special. Thus began the journey of what was initially known as Great Events, which focused primarily on hosting social events and concerts.

As the years passed, the founders recognized a shift in the market and a growing need for specialized business events services. With a vision to adapt and a belief in the untapped potential of corporate events, they made a strategic decision to narrow their focus.

This pivotal move marked the transformation of Great Events into Growth MICE & DMC - a boutique agency dedicated exclusively to corporate events.
